Sleeved plug valves have the advantages of bidirectional flow, simple operation, light weight, compact design and multichannel design. Teflon sleeve can completely cover the cock. The sleeve provides a large area of surrounding sealing surface to ensure good sealing when the cock is opened, closed or rotated. That sealing effect cannot be achieved by any ball valve or gate valve.
Teflon sleeve has low friction coefficient and self-lubricating function, which ensures that
the sleeved plug valve can be still operated freely after long-term opening or closing.
The 360-degree lip surrounds the valve hole and is part of the precision cast body. The lip around the valve hole can improve the valve performance and prolong the service life of the valve. The 360-degree lip surrounds the runner to prevent cold flow, deformation and rotation of the sleeve. When the cock rotates, the sediments on the outer surface of the cock can be crumbled and removed, providing a self-cleaning function.
The valve body of the
sleeved plug valve has no dead angle, so the fluid will not accumulate and not cause pollution to the process. That design can also prevent blockage. Only by simply rotating the top rectifying screw can the sealing of the sleeve and the long-term use of the valve be maintained.
Two independent sealing systems of
sleeved plug valve provide double protection against external leakage. The first stem seal is around the cock to prevent medium from contacting the stem. The second stem seal is located between the top of the cock and the stem, further enhancing the sealing capability.
Internal leakage seal and double stem seal can be completely adjusted. Just turn the rectifying bolt on the top of the valve bonnet to make quick and easy sealing adjustment. During the operation of the device, the internal leakage of the valve can be detected online and adjusted, and the potential external leakage of the valve stem can also be adjusted.
