The way to seal is that the reinforced Teflon is embedded in the stainless steel ring. The spring is arranged at the rear of the steel ring to ensure that the seat is tightly attached to the ball, maintaining the seal.

Reliability of operation
Due to the adoption of Teflon with small friction coefficient for the valve seat and stem bearing of large-diameter
ball valve, the operating torque of the
ball valve is small. In addition, the long-term lubrication of sealing grease makes the operation more flexible.
Valve seat structure
There are two types of valve seat structures: single seal and double seal. Generally, the valve seat with self-relieving function is single seal structure, while the double seal one is additionally provided with safety valve to release pressure in the valve body.
