1. Only when the inlet and outlet pressure of
electric ball valves is removed can the ball valve be disassembled.
2. In the process of disassembly and reinstallation of
electric ball valves, it is necessary to protect sealed parts, especially nonmetal parts, for instance, O-rings.
3. When the valve body is installed again, the bolts must be tightened symmetrically, step by step and evenly.
4. The cleaning agent shall be compatible with rubber parts, plastic parts, metal parts and working media (e.g. gas) in the ball valve. When the working medium is gas, gasoline (GB484-89) can be used to clean metal parts. Nonmetal parts shall be cleaned with pure water or alcohol.
5. Separate parts can be cleaned by immersion cleaning. Some metal parts and non-metallic parts that are not disassembled can be wiped with a clean silk cloth impregnated with the cleaning agent. During cleaning, remove all grease, glue and dust adhered to the wall.
6. Nonmetal parts shall be taken out of the cleaning agent immediately after cleaning, and shall not be soaked for a long time.
7. After cleaning, it is necessary to evaporate the cleaning agent on the wall and then install the valve (wipe it with silk cloth that is not impregnated with the cleaning agent), but it shall not be put on hold for a long time, otherwise it will rust and be polluted by dust.
8. New parts should also be cleaned before installation.
9. During installation, metal debris, fibers, grease, dust, other impurities and foreign bodies shall not be allowed to pollute, adhere to, stay on the surface of parts or enter the inner cavity of the valve.
