four way ball valves. When the valve is used for key devices, the limit block is provided with a keyhole to lock the switch position to avoid misoperation. There are obvious opening and closing marks on the handle.
2. The valve stem of
four way ball valves is integrally forged by A182F (1Cr13) and the modified treatment is adopted. Its hardness reaches HB 220-250. The stem is connected with the handle through a flat key, a spline or a square key so that it has strong universality and convenient disassembly. And it is a anti-blowout stem.
3. According to the requirements, the ball valve can have an anti-static design, and conductive springs are arranged between the ball and the valve stem, and between the valve stem and the valve body, so as to avoid igniting flammable substances by electrostatic ignition and ensure the safety of the system.
4. The sealing pair has various forms. Soft seal, hard seal, fireproof valve seat, etc. can be selected according to different working conditions.
5. Auxiliary sealing can be set at the valve seat of the ball valve, and the grease injection valve can be installed at the seat and stem, which can achieve temporarily sealing in case of emergency. And the valve stem can be lengthened as required to be suitable for underground laying.
